MOSCOW, Dec. 27 (UPI) -- Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin will witness the celebratory launch of the East Siberia-Pacific Ocean oil pipeline, officials say.

During Putin's visit to the Russian Far East, he is expected to witness the inauguration of the first leg of the project, which should pump 1.6 million barrels of crude oil per day, the news agency RIA Novosti said Sunday

The oil will flow from Siberia to Russia's Far East and on to China and the Asia-Pacific region, the news agency said.

The second part of the pipeline is expected to run about 1,300 miles from Skovorodino to the Pacific, pumping 367.5 million barrels of oil a year.

We tend to concentrate on the bowing and scraping and the apologizing as ways of illustrating Obama' s abasement of his own country before the world. But for sheer damage to America's interests in the world one can hardly think of a clearer policy ideology of the Obama administration that his war against domestic energy.

The Russians, Chinese, Venezuelans, and Argentinians are betting with the odds that the world will continue to be utterly dependent on carbon energy. Obama is betting that by starving America of carbon energy he can force us to convert to, not nuclear power, but solar power and wind. Windmills! Forgive the pun, but nothing could be more quixotic.

Obama's policies will fail to achieve his ideological aims respecting energy. Worse, they will bankrupt the country. They will debase the dollar. They will cost untold number of jobs. They will increase American dependence on foreign energy. They will open America to extortion and blackmail. They will make America far more vulnerable to Muslim terrorism. They will accelerate American slide into second rate status and all of this to achieve a chimera of socialist ideology. Obama may well believe that this policy will ultimately force America to submit itself to one world government.

The establishment media ought to ask itself enablement of aberrant intellectual honesty, who is the true ideologue on energy, Barack Obama or Dick Cheney?

It hard to fathom what the Obama administration is thinking by in perhaps unintended consequences of foreign dependency on energy supply treasonous energy policy. Coal out, restricting use of oil, no nuclear, use of wind, et-cetera. Apparently based on pseudo scientific assumptions.

Except it appears to me to be a pay off to those sources both foreign and domestic who contributed to his election. Its essential that control of The House be wrested from the hacks there so that there be a complete, investigation, discussion and redirection of those policies.
