Pretty soon it will be legal to sell cigarettes and legal to buy cigarettes but it will be illegal to use cigarettes. I wonder how that's going to work?

Mehhh. Not harsh enough. They should also ban the public use of cellphones and texting in restaurants and movie theatres.

That s&*t is annoying.

West Hollywood will continue to permit gay sex in public places, all over the city in fact, but is going to ban smoking. Inmates. Asylum. In charge of.

And just think of all the morons in this country who thought these smoking bans were about “second-hand smoke”. ROTFL!!! What a bunch of gullible idiots. They were about banning freedom.

The behavior nazis are just getting started. All of those things that they find annoying will be Verboten. Those things of which they approve will become mandatory. Your children will be required to become practicing bisexuals before advancing to the 3d grade.

joined with constitutional law professor Mayor Pro Tem John Heilman in a resolution to direct the city attorney to draft a ban on smoking in the city’s dining and clubbing outdoor smoking areas that “will create a more enjoyable atmosphere to the public.”

Amazing, a constitutional law professor scheming this ban up. His classes must be fact-filled, hope he grades on the curve...

From the same city that encourages and promotes homosexual behavior that kills people every year and is linked with an incredible rate of suicide.

Am I the only one who finds the lame attempt using a fallacy appealing to authority.
You know, banning really fat people, controlling twits and ugly people would make for a "more enjoyable atmosphere" for the public, too.

Just saying...
