What’s sad is that the Rat running for this seat, Martha Coakley makes Ted look moderate and somewhat likeable by comparison.

FReepers, PLEASE support Scott Brown. The US Senate special election is January 19.

What I know about Massachusetts would fit in a thimble - but aren’t Republicans about 10% of the legislative seats there? The probability of a GOP Senator in a special election, with nothing else on the ballot would seem impossible.

The other concern is the possibility that Robert Bird may become incapacitated or depart altogether.....he is very frail.

Reid has lost his senate seat via flipping the proverbial bird to Nevada and his extravigant livelihood hinges upon this passing for if it doesn't, King Obama will confiscate ALL of his holdings and he will die a horribly destitute death.

Byrd has the finest health care you and I can pay for.
There should be a manditory retirement age for Senators
Congressmen and judges.

I'm voting for Scott Brown on January 19th, but I must say that his campaign is not exactly on fire. Perhaps that's not all his fault as the national Republican Party basically ignores this state and hangs us out to dry with respect to providing resources to run a competitive campaign.

Basically Brown is running a no-frills campaign on lawn signs, Twitter messages and a roll of duct tape while Coakley is cruising around the state in limos picking up endorsements and avoiding the general public as much as possible.

However, I believe Scott Brown could do a better job for himself by being a little controversial and generating some headlines. All the local talk radio shows here give him all the time he wants but he basically doesn't say much on them. He needs to take it up a couple of notches.

Can a real Republican win the senate seat in Massachusetts this time out? Yes, I believe one can. But if that person will be Scott Brown, he's going to have to get on the offensive or he's going to be crushed.

Obviously the DemocRAT leadership has feared the loss of their super majority from the first day of their administration. They have attacked American institutions with as much speed as they could muster.

They knew that the agenda was so toxic that they would simply fall apart at the seems if they took too long. The Rats knew that they would lose their seats anyway and are playing for comnplete control. If they can shove enough TNT up our collective @sses then they can take what they want for another 4 years. Total dependency, a greater RAT majority built with illegal aliens, and eventually disarmament of the population.

Brown is a solid candidate. It could be closer than usual. Coakley is a bad candidate.

There is a 3rd party libertarian named Kennedy that the liberal media is (what a shocker) trying to promote so he steals Brown’s base.

I live in MA. There’s no way to really tell how big Brown’s support is. I wouldn’t trust any poll from the globe or herald. However, I think, even if he loses, it will not be by the 70-30 margin that Kennedy used to get. I attended the tea party rallies in July, and was surprised at the number of people there. With our feckless governor, a corrupt legislature, tax increases, threats of toll increases, and an upset populace, Brown just may be able to pull out a victory.

It’s telling in itself that Coakley won’t debate him, which would elevate his stature. We’ll see. If Brown wins, that would be a blow to the democrats and a foretelling of November.

Brown won’t be allowed to win.

This is MA and our ruling plutocrats cannot afford to give up the facade of legitimacy they derive from a voting majority in our national Politburo.

If they are fearless enough to actually ram something like this unConstitutional abomination down our throats in full view, what makes you think they won’t tamper with voting results behind the scenes?

We’ll never have am honest election again. The Constitution has been overthrown and the coup d’etat is pretty much complete.

Folks, I fear we’re going to see a war in this country during our lifetimes.

If he’s not, he should be. I live about 30 miles outside Boston and I see more Brown the Croak-me signs in yards by about a 2 to 1 margin. I have yet to see a Croak-me bumper sticker but have seen dozens of Brown bumper stickers. Polling shows Croak-me could lost to either of these candidates too: Anybody but Martha and None of the Above.

Here is how in bed with the RATS the local Massachusetts media is. Once a month on the Boston Fox affiliate, Attorney General Martha Coakley has a segment on the morning news. Its called Ask the AG.. The other morning it comes on and I am livid that she is getting air time, now that she is the dem nominee. So do they ask anything about the Attorney Generals office? NO! The whole 5 minutes was about her running for the teddy k seat. In my opinion, totally illegal and unethical. Scott Brown has not been granted equal time. I am awaiting a reply from Fox25 regarding dropping Coakley during the campaign and giving Scott Brown equal time.

Won’t matter....Lib’s can count on Olympia Snowe, Susan Collins, Lindsay Graham, etc., to cross over and vote with them whenever they need it. Just hand them a few more millions of dollars of taxpayer money for their States, and they fold like a cheap suit......

What a sorry state Massachusetts is. It was one of the leading states fighting for liberty at the founding of the republic. Today it is first among those lined up to deny liberty to all.

I hope Scott Brown does win, though the odds favor Martha Coakley. I would rate this as likely but not safe Democrat.

Of course Reid knows his 60 vote margin is tenuous for a million reasons. That’s why there will be no Senate-House conference; the House will be strong-armed into voting through the bill AS IS; remember, the House only needs a single vote majority. Then Obama will sign it and crow about it at the state of the union address in late January.

There is zero chance the Repubbie will win in Massachusetts. There is always a chance that Byrd will become incapacitated, but if there is no conference it will not matter as long as Byrd votes aye next Thursday.

Is Reid afraid of losing his 60 if Scott Brown wins Kennedy's seat?

He is probably more afraid of Byrd dying, than Brown winning.
