Wishful thinking. Does anyone really think the Dems will not be able to buy off every single one of those 60 Senators with millions or billions of our taxpayer dollars. Corruption of our politicians, plain and simple. The US has turned into a totally corrupt government - Congress, the Administration, and the courts.

You are correct. With a vote only one away from 60, it won't be hard for the Dems to force it their way, one way or another. They have bribes and media exposure for corruption threats in their bag of tricks. They are ruthless and will force it to pass. Look what they did when the Republicans allegedly held the majority for example.

On top of that, Reid will use the nuclear option if they can't get it this way. WE ARE SCREWED. And they will change it exactly the way they want in committee later, after it passes.
