I think I saw here is a stage version of Dames At Sea with Charles Nelson Reilly, Bob Crane and I think Ann Miller as Mona.

As a child in SoCal who was raised by the TV, I have it seared, SEARED, into my memory the commercials for the Norton Simon Museum of Art. I think it was Candace Bergen who did the voice over, and her voice helped to make me a straight man. Raspy and sexy, it was. I was 10.

My goodness, I didn't even know she was still alive. She had some pretty "torchie" roles, but she also played St Bernadette. She had quite an interesting life.

“The Song of Bernadette”

The arrogant, largely talentless, secular pricks in Hollywood these days are light years from having the inclination, talent and humility to make a movie of great faith like “The Song of Bernadette.”

She was lovely. Below she is pictured in "Love Is A Many Splendored Thing" on the left and "Duel In The Sun" on the right. Natural beauty, no fake implants or trout lips.

RIP Jennifer Jones.
She was lovely, no question about it.
Check out the home-front WWII movie “Since You Went Away”, one of my favorites and very poignant.

Ive always loved her. My favorite performance of hers was in Lubitschs comedy Cluny Brown. She gave an absolutely delightful performance. She was great at comedy as well as drama.
