Like we have a strong foreign policy now?
The Left and the Right often unite on issues for different reasons, like being against NAFTA.

I find myself agreeing with allot of what Ron Paul has to say...until he starts getting embarrassing.

Ron Paul is correct on many things, but he sometimes lets his rigid ideology make a decision for him on some things also.

Ron Paul wants to abolish federal departments; not create them like Kookcinich and his “department of peace” crap.

Ron Paul and Ayn Rand alike put their finger squarely on the thread of authoritarianism running through mainstream conservative thought - that is why they are so reviled by some. Don't dare to criticize our tyranny, they say, whether it comes from Wall Street, the Defense Department, or God.

Paul's views are completely out of the mainstream. As are most people who still believe the Constitution to be the Supreme Law of the Land.

This sounds to me like leftist operatives trying to distract us from what we should be focusing on...removing as many Democrats as possible from office during the 2010 primary and election cycle. Ron Paul is not a major issue...
