How is it legal for 0bama to accept money from a foreign interest?
If Obama (or any liberal) practiced what they preached, the money would be dispersed to Sheehan, United Way, Habitat etc. We all know however that’s not how it works.

I hate there are people who need it, but I hope it garners attention. There really ARE people losing their homes.
So, Cindy Shehag and her five friends are demanding that Obozo give them hundreds of thousands of dollars or they will protest against him? Have fun with that Shehag.
What percentage of the people who are losing their homes (have lost their homes) were due to their own personal greed?
I’m sure there is a good many, but not all. Some just lost their jobs and cannot find another one.
Yes, since Obozo has taken office there has been an explosion of unemployed Americans - they are the ones currently losing their homes (thanks to the current admin). Prior to that, the people who lost their homes were by and large those who took out loans that they could not afford when the actual loan payments started.
I know the Constitution is not a document held in high esteem by Obama but I am relatively sure he cannot personally accept monetary gain without the prior consent of Congress.

Exactly. The first wave was of the people who took advantage of a type of mortgage that wasn’t good for them and they didn’t care. For the longest I would walk into people’s beautiful NEW homes and think “How are they affording this?? I make decent money and I can only afford a 1000 sq foot house.” Of course I had daycare to pay, but still! Then I realized they were on the ARM so right THEN their payments were low. Later on though, it would bump up to sometimes triple that and sure enough, lots of people I know lost their house and are in apartments now. But here I sit in my puny, but quaint, little home with my 30 year fixed rate mortgage.
However since then... and I have posted this many times here, jobs are scarce in some areas. I mean really really scarce. We are now up to TWO local McDonalds that is not hiring. My cousin is the manager at further location and she said they got word that they are not to hire and if someone quits or needs to be fired, not to replace them until they get to a specific staff level. Oh, and Walmart is laying off here. AT CHRISTMAS!
I really feel for people, some of them isn’t just making bad decisions, it’s that there really a such thing as bad luck.
Thanks to this current admin it will get worse (way worse) before it even begins to look like its getting better. Cap and Trade, ObozoCare, Global whinning (climate change is the current term of choice) and all the other ways in which they are forcing socialism down our throats (for our own good of course). There’s a thread on FR today about how the Fed Gov is getting involved in College football - college football for criminy sakes!!!!! Are the problems faced by everyday Americans so small that the government has to stick their nose into the BCS bowl games???? These people are a joke, not only here in American, but all around the world. Our enemies are laughing at us and planning their next big strike - which will be successful because this admin couldn’t protect a child from having his/her candy stolen from a bigger kid.
Why isn’t she calling for his impeachment for waging illegal wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, especially since he said during the campaign he would pull our immediately.
