This has been going on for so long. The question for today is the same as the first day it ever came up. Who cares whether they declare a Palestinian State? Or don't declare? Or declare and look triumphant? Who cares if they declare unilaterally? Or bilaterally? Or multilaterally? Whatever they declare has zip to do with anything Israel does or doesn't do regarding internal security.

Not sure, but, if they declare, they may need to state a capital and if I recall correctly they want part or all of Jerusalem. Now, THAT could pose a problem to Israel amd its internal security, wouldn't it?

Indeed. What if the boys in Israel say, "Declare away. No capital or capitol in Jerusalem. That isn't allowed. Do whatever you like in Ramallah."
