No, they have domestic service in Korean, but they also broadcast worldwide on shortwave in Japanese, English, Russian, Chinese and other languages. They are also known to broadcast in Japanese on the a.m. band, but I have not heard that for a number of years. If you had a good shortwave system in the US and knew where to look, you could probably hear them.
