Prosecutor: Focus turns to those who helped (cop killer) Clemmons
The News Tribune (Tacoma WA) ^ | 12/1/09

Pierce County prosecutor Mark Lindquist said his office is "working full speed" on those who've been arrested on suspicion of helping Maurice Clemmons in connection with Sunday's shootings of four Lakewood police officers.

"What we are looking at this morning is anyone who helped the criminal," Lindquist said. "You help a criminal, you become a criminal and we are going to prosecute you like a criminal."

Should also look at those who inspired this perp with their thinking and persuasion. If it was a "so called" right-wing nutcase you know the MSM would be all over this issue.

In other words, Maurice Clemmons had a personal twitter page (now removed, but put on FR with its own thread) with "his buddies" listed and included,

Rev. Al Sharpton, Cong Keith Ellison, and Rachel Maddow among others...

I completely agree... it should happen, but it won’t.

To address those issues, it would take the efforts of honorable politicians (real leaders), a real media and reasonable thinking voters that have an intelligence and attention span it bit more than that of an average garden worm.

Justice was served when Clemmons was ventilated by the gendarmes.

That being said, the man was clearly insane, I understand that insane people do illogical, bizarre things that can't be reasonably explained.

WHAT KIND OF AN ANIMAL HELPS A PSYCHO ESCAPE LAW ENFORCEMENT??? What could possibly make anyone think this would be a good idea, to assist a dangerous criminal remain at large, with the very real possibility that he'll harm or kill others?

These folks’ moral compass is so screwed up, they need to spend a LONG time in the slam so they can't exercise their warped judgment in civilized society.

Lets not forget that Obama has told ‘his people’ to go out and get in their faces, or some other such nonsense.

Perhaps the murderer was simply acting out, “black rage”.

Had the killer made it to trial, I actually anticipated that his defense was going to be insanity, stemming from “Black Rage”.

How hard can they hit these people? Can they be charged with accessory after the fact? Accessory to murder? I sure hope so. It’s time to teach some of these people that “ratting out” someone isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

Folks who embrace the ‘’don’t snitch’’ ethic may find out aiding and abetting is a serious crime.

I sure hope that they can seriously rattle some cages. It's always been a good thing here in Cedar Rapids when the cops come down heavily on gangs. I have no idea how much trouble anyone involved would be but I'll be praying that they get the justice they deserve.

The sheer stupidity of these people in trying to help a wanted cop killer escape is stunning. Instead of collecting an easy $125,000 tax-free by simply picking up a telephone and notifying police, each one of these idiots is facing a long prison term.

This makes me think there’s a Muslim connection here. Money doesn’t mean anything to a jihadist.

There are people who see themselves at war with the police, and with white America. As such, helping this guy is their contribution to "the Resistance".
