The press is reporting that he was sentenced to 60 years in Arkansas for some very violent crime, not certain yet what that was, and then Governor Huckabee commuted his sentence.
The press did not report the name of the judge that put a low bail on him after being arrested recently for raping a 13 year old girl and assaulting some one else.
