The only problem with on-line schools is that they require the students to actually work. Classes from the University of Phoenix require a twenty page paper every week. There are no objective tests, no true or false, fill in the blank or multiple choice, and plagarism can be electronically detected.
The scam is on the part of the students who apply for full aid and pocket everything beyond the first term’s tuition.
