As I understand it, KSM had declared himself guilty and was ready to be executed. And then Obama decided on a trial in NYC to "improve the chances" of getting a conviction. Huh??

I think the focus of the trial will be on showing that Bush and Cheney are guilty of war crimes. And I think a mistrial is guaranteed.

Just where is this impartial jury supposed to come from?

If there is one New Yorker that isnt predjidiced against these people that person must be living in the sewers of New York without outside communications of any kind.
