As time goes on, this will most likely become a CIRCUS TRIAL.
There is no doubt the terrorist trial of the Sept. 11 planners in New York City will be a big show that aims to put the United States on trial. Scott Fenstermaker, the lawyer in the headlines, implies American foreign policy will be on trial and he refuses to admit civilians were murdered.
O’Reilly had Fenstermaker on his show last night, and here is the video courtesy Gateway Pundit. (Actually, had to grab the video from another source -- the PoliticsCentralX You Tube channel.)
O’Reilly calmly asks Fenstermaker a few times if he personally thought there was any justification for killing thousands of innocent civilians. He refuses to answer, and states over and over the jury will decide if anyone was murdered. O’Reilly reminds him millions are watching who probably think he’s a weasel.

Yes, but he is just taking advantage of a legal system that caters to weasels.
The circus is merely putting America on trial AND providing a huge opportunity for rioting, looting and burning. Let alone another attack while resources and focus are drawn down on for new yoork, others areas of opportunity open up for the terrorists.
Huge valuable security infor and infrastructure info will become public knowledge making America even more vulnerable to another raping by Islam.

Wouldn’t it be proper if the people of New York (any Sons of Liberty left there?) took matters into their own hands and strung the bastard up? KSM did admit to 9/11 so what else needs to be said before justice is done?

The police and firefighters won’t have a sick out that will stop security. Not that most of them are good Americans, but remember that these departments also have liberals in them.
I certainly dont mean this as a threat, but as good advice: If this lawyer wins this case I would suggest he spend whatever money he makes off it hiring a good security firm.
Why would you say that? It IS that lawyers job to make sure the prosecutor (i.e. The gubmint) follows the law. Which in the case means “civil” law and that clearly has not been followed in this case.
Sorry, but if I was on a jury in a murder trial and the defendant had not been advised of his rights and had been waterboarded I would not convict.
My point is that it’s the administrations stupid idea to move this to a civilian court. How can the players be blamed for upholding the law?

3,000 people died in the WTC incident , multiply that by thousands of people related to them, and thousands who were their friends.
Now imagine a man who admits he planned the whole thing and was responsible for it.
Then imagine this man walking away through the slimey tricks of a shyster lawyer who gets him off.
Although I dont think he will get off, if he does there is going to be hell to pay, and this lawyer should be thingking right now of buying a summer home in Afghanistan where he will be safe. He might get Holder to buy a plot next door. he could be needing it too.
It will also allow the terrorists testifying to send potential messages and keywords to other terrorists. They can use the U.S. Court System to commit terrorism.
