IMHO, I think he should be turned over to the State of Texas seeing this is where it all happened and that he shot that Texas LEO stopped him. Put him on the Texas “express lane” to meet his piss ant moon god, allah, better known as Satan.
I, too, have to commend those that are seeing to his care. Personally, I just couldn’t do it. I’d have to quit before taking the law into my own hands. I’d have to do him in at the first scant opportunity presented.
It happened on a US military installation. The military wants his ass, in fact they already own it. It's just about what they are going to do with it.
Take the trial out of the military system, and you might have a mutiny on your hands.
The LEO was a Ft. Hood Department of Emergency Services officer, not a "Texas LEO". Both of them were federal officers.
