Did David Frum really say this about Sarah Palin? Apparently so, and on PBS:
This is a woman who has got into a position of leadership by sending very powerful sexual signals. And we see that in the way that men like her much more than women do.
With this line of attack, David seems to be channeling his inner Andrew Sullivan.
(By the way, when I saw her campaign in N.H., I was surrounded by moms with strollers.)
He’s nuts. I love Sarah Palin and she stands for what I believe in conservative politics and I’m a stay-at-home Mom and even my 15 yr. old daughter thought she was great and she loves politics too. David Frum is an idiot.
Phul-eze! Even if this were true, Clinton and Obama actually DID FOOL silly women by the droves.

You know, I read his book on the 70s quite a while back, and while it was enjoyable and enlightening, I was struck by the length and graphic detail of his descriptions of the San Fran bath houses at the outbreak of the AIDS epidemic. Hmmmm....

Frum is, first and foremost, a pervert in every way.
Watching the O’Reilly interview of Sarah right now. She is sexy. That has an influence on me. But the sex is combined with her personal story, philosophy and policy positions. That is the real appeal. I’m sure there exists a male figure who could entrance me with his personal story, philosophy and policy positions. I don’t see him out there right now. I’m with the warrior princess this cycle.
Today in Ft. Wayne at Gov. Palin’s book signing there were far more woman, probably close to two to one.

He merely plays one on PBS.
Yes... I hope most here watched that interview (Part 1)... Bill asked better questions than Hannity (more in depth - my opinion) and she gave good solid answers. She appeals to all Conservatives, both men and women - nice compared to another common politician.
I really am beginning to hate all our current politicians and their continuous rhetoric without meaning!
People like Frum make it easy not to donate to Republican organizations.
I’ll stick solely to conservatives and Frum is NOT one.
Oh my. I cannot believe the very same people who were telling us how sexy obama is, putting shirtless photos of him on magazine covers, cuddly pictures of him and michelle on countless mag covers, and who can forget the soft porn video of I’ve got a crush on obama!
What they can’t stand is we have the “it” factor in Palin. Beauty, Brains, and Guts. Policies that make sense all wrapped up in a compassionate CONSERVATIVE!
People have won on American Idol with less, and in this vote for the prettiest society we have dumbed down to, she wins with men AND women. THAT is why they are changing to brown pants.......
The interview with SP on the Laura Ingraham show this morning was the Palin I remember from running Wasilla and the state of Alaska before the VP thing-direct, unapologetic and frank while at the same time showing a sense of humor. Now that she’s free of the McLame hobbles, the rest of America is in for a treat. She isn’t going to toe anyone’s party line and it is going to absolutely flummox the DC establishment.
Frum is a Canadian Torie, hes not even a RINO. He is like Sullivan in that he just wants to be paid attention to. He should move in with that sissie David Brooks
