And the timing (concentration) of the incidents. Having deer hunted around there for over 15 years I can tell you this is out of character for Walterboro.

Yeah. That is the town that's been running legalized theft for many years. It's notorious for running speed traps that catch just about everyone who doesn't live in the area and know the treacherous way they have it set up.

Want proof? Pick a day, drive by and take pictures of the out-of-town/out-of-state license plates of the MULTITUDE of cars sitting in the grass parking lot ouside of the make-shift ram-shackle building sitting on the main drag through town. Inside you'll find it filled with folding chairs to seat the latest crop of suckers (daring to contest their ticket) whose "case" will be heard by the local magistrate and his cronies sitting behind a long table in the front of the room.

The racket they run in that town is one for the history books.

I worked with a guy from Walterboro last week, and I couldn't understand a thing he said.
