I interpret that picture, and others like it, to mean that Obama would rather keep his groin covered than salute the flag or the symbols of the United States. However, bowing to a Saudi or a Japanese leader is “just protocol”.
HE IS A VERY STUPID PERSON WHO GETS A PASS BECAUSE HE IS CONSIDERED BLACK.
