I am confused; some of the 9/11 survivors and family are saying they want to see a trial and justice served! Justice? So are they saying they believe the law could find them innocent and that also would be justice served or are they saying they want the spectacle of a trial.

The problem is that these Cretins are not ‘criminals’ to be given the rights of American citizens as to a trial in our courts...where, indeed, there is the possibility they can get off on a technicality.

Left out of Pepe's story is the fact the prisoners selected him for attack specifically because he had shown them kindness and respect in his dealings with them. These were Traits they perceived as infidel weakness. Our “leadership” in the current administration would do well to remember this...provided they indeed care at all.

The NY Post headline was the best—”Welcome to NY, Now Die.”

They should be tried by the military. Charles Krauthhammer was very good on the subject last night. They already built a courthouse to try these cases. IMO, if they insist on it being a Federal Court, let it be in Washington, D.C.
