Not exactly sure what I can post since it is from Bloomberg but if you go the site one of the lead articles is the EPA threatening coal mining in Applachia over a insect. What the Spotted Owl did to the timber industry in the Pacific Northwest this bug will do to coal mining.
Ha! Hey mineworkers, how’s the hopey changey?
Fulfilling his campaign promise to bankrupt the coal industry.
related post from September
Well, that shouldn’t effect energy prices and Steel manufacturing.
When Byrd is against Cap & Trade & Obama on this YOU KNOW ITS BAD!!!!!!!
Can someone give me a clue as to the URL for the site that contains this article?
"Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find only things evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached." - Manuel II Palelogus
Could it be why Virginia voted OUT the Demoncrats?
Are they getting it?
FINALLY?
Darwin’s theory is now an irritable fact: Snail darters have transformed into coal buggers!
“0” is trying to protect the “black bug” underclass from the” white man” dominated coal miners, even though they emerge “kinda” black from a days work.
But of course!
He has grander aspirations.
He is going to “save the planet” even though there is NO CRISIS through Cap and Trade. It's an environmental socialistic money grab to help redistribute the wealth.
Perhaps the UMWA can change their Logo to a pants fly. Obama is keeping this campaign promise. He said he would destroy the coal industry. Of course he didn’t say that when he was talking to the coal industry. But, then again, we don’t have a free press in this country or apparently literate, thinking union members. Hopey Changey to you all!
“Mayfly may thwart $3 billion in coal mined in the USA”

Ah, the president wants to protect mayflies

Well.....they endorsed Obama. Just how bright can they be?
Byrd says just give him two more terms and he will announce his retirement!
Last year, my husband (a coal mining mechanic) didn’t believe that it was possible, politically or physically, to shut down the coal mines. He said there’s too much coal and coal runs so much that no one would ever make such a stupid mandate. I told him not to be so niave. I told him the mining unions control his job, even though his shop itself is not union. The unions voted for this Obamamination. Maybe time to find another line of work.
Part of me hopes that coal mining is shut down and hundreds of thousands of jobs are lost. Maybe then people will wake up to the danger that liberals/environmentalists pose to this nation.
Cloward Piven Strategy
First proposed in 1966 and named after Columbia University sociologists Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, the Cloward-Piven Strategy seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.
