“I think that Ganley has great potential”
For a U.S. Senate race in a big state like Ohio? I could see him as a good candidate for the House (although, being from Cleveland, he would have to run against Kucinich or Sutton in Dem-leaning, but not unwinnable, districts), but he doesn’t exactly have the background that makes one think of a successful Senate candidate.

I’m not wild about Portman.
My concern with Ganley is whether he could win in November.
Given the huge undecideds and his deep pockets he clearly has a chance in the primary.
