In the beginning the CDC was reluctant to the point of advising against laying a case, even a mortality directly at the H1N1 stoop if there were underlying existing conditions; now it seems, they have just reversed that position and instead are willing to blame deaths on H1N1 even when the secondary condition merely coexisted with the suspected infection with the virus.
