In order for the commercial real estate market to turn around....consumer confidence must be restored... Making sure consumers have jobs, having them see their home prices go up instead of down, giving them access to credit and having them see an increase in their 401k.

Folks have to stop acting as though the solution is for people to get their heads straight. Folks borrowed money they cannot repay with their income, and the debt is now due. Folks don't need Zoloft. They need cash in their wallets.
