Store clerks are supposed to put away the clothes to make sure they get put back in the right spot.
I always put the clothes back on a hangar, or at least fold them carefully and bring them out to the clerk.
But then, my mother didn’t raise me to be an elitist.
We have a rack just outside the dressing room areas for that purpose. They least they could have done is hang them back on the hangers. They did not need to leave them on the floor. That is just disgusting.
I don’t think the clerks expected them to put the clothes back on the rack. It’s just common courtesy to put them back on the hangar instead of piling them in a heap on the floor to get wrinkled. I don’t imagine these were cheap duds we’re talking about either...
They left the clothes in a HEAP! It takes NO time to hang them on the hangers...gessh.
they don't expect the customers to put the clothes back on the racks, just back on the hangers... since it was Saks, some of the clothes were probably expensive... they are probably used to customers who respect the garments... whether i'm at Kohl's or Nordrstom or Saks, i put the clothes back on the hangers... i take the ones i want to purchase and hand them to the sales person, and leave the rest behind, or bring them out to the gal working the dressing room...
