“She left the dressing room in a shambles,” according to a sales clerk. “Why doesn’t Maria Shriver teach her daughter manners and respect for others?”
Why doesn’t this moron put the clothes away like she’s paid to do? Was that cutting in on her texting time? Should they have dusted some shelves while they were shopping? When did service jobs go away? Self serve gas, put your carts back at the supermarket, ATM, blah blah...I haven’t noticed prices going DOWN while we do the work. And don’t even get me started about “self serve check out” at the grocery stores...shut up and bag it...
“Why doesnt this moron put the clothes away like shes paid to do?”
She shouldn’t have to clean up after customers like this. And don’t you think “moron” is a little harsh?
HOG WASH!
Were you born in a barn? Leaving brand new, unsold clothes in a heap on the floor is disgusting! Nice way for the next customer to get a nice fungal infection.
It is considered bad form (and bad manners) to leave clothes on the dressing room floor. The majority of women put them back on the hangers and either leave them in the dressing room or on a rack outside the dressing room.
Regarding self serve check out - I refuse to use those damn things! The store is not paying me to check out the groceries I am buy from them, nor do they give me a discount for doing someones job.
Your post is in jest,I hope
Wow, you people on the east and west coast treat your help like crap! Here, in the decent part of the country, we treat people with respect. Everyone has a position and the janitor is just as important as the CEO. Who’s going to take out the trash if the janitor doesn’t, the office help, and then who’s going to do their job? The CEO?
I’m so glad I don’t have to deal with people like you. Elitist snobs get no respect from anyone. Apparently no one at FR has any respect for you either.
Lowest of the low. Far lower in position than this lowly clerk. Bottom of the barrel.
You think it’s okay to leave a dressing room trashed? What the clerks do or don’t do isn’t an issue with me, I don’t want to by something someone has walked over on the dressing room floor... sheesh!
You sound like a DREAM to wait on....sarc/.....yuk
Well, for one thing, it’s bad form. For another, no one wants to pay top dollar for brand new clothes that someone else has thrown on the floor (and if they’re on the floor, they were probably stood or walked on). It is a common courtesy to both the sales staff and to your fellow shoppers.
I guess we should also expect those that read the label on a box or can at the grocery store to throw it in the aisle and leave it for someone else to pick up.
Most clothing stores have a rack for customers to hang the clothes that they try on but don't purchase. They don't want you to restock the display racks for them, but they at least expect you to put the clothes back on a hanger rather than piling them in a heap on the floor.
