The conservatives in South Carolina state government need to submit a bill that allows for the recall of senators.

Even if done, such a law would not be recognized by the U.S. Senate; nor would a term-limits law for that matter either. People in SC like long-term incumbents, and he could be around for a near eternity.

All it would turn out to be would be a message to Graham! Which would be good! But sad to say the U.S. Constitution does not allow for a recall of a Senator or Congress person. The only way he can be removed is for the Senate to throw him out!

But if I were in S.C. I would support sending that message to him - loud and clear!
