Authorities intercepted the e-mails but later deemed them innocent or protected by the first amendment.Those "authorities" need to be dragged out into the light. Innocent chats with an Al Qaeda recruiter? And since when does the First Amendment protect active-duty US military personnel from discipline for unauthorized correspondence with foreign persons who are officially classifed by our government as terrorists? Soldiers aren't even allowed to say "I'm gay" and stay in the military, but the First Amendment protects their right to correspond with recruiters for foreign terrorist organizations? Gimme a break!

Administration says don’t rush judgement, not religion inspired.
Administration has been hellbent to unilaterally dismantle the methods that kept terrorism at bay for 8 years.
