CNN: 'Right wing' may generate backlash against Muslim soldiers (We are the only real enemy)
World Net Daily ^ | 11-10-09 | Aaron Klein

On CNN's American Morning show yesterday, reporter Carol Costello quoted the mother of a Muslim U.S. soldier as fearing "a backlash against Muslim American soldiers."

"She knows some are already reaching conclusions as to why Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan allegedly opened fire on his fellow soldiers," Costello stated.

Continued Costello: "The right-wing website, Pajamas Media, is an example. Phyllis Chesler writing, 'I knew in my bones that the shooter or shooters were Muslim. We must connect the dots before it's too late.'" Costello was referring to a Pajamas Media column entitled "The Jihadist is always the victim," in which Chesler quoted from widespread reports of Hasan's ties to militant Islam.

Chesler wrote, "The only answer most people want to hear is that a lone, psychiatrically deranged shooter did it. All by himself, on his own."

"They may be right. Sometimes. And yet…The same Instant Personal Jihad Syndrome once led another Palestinian, Sirhan Sirhan, to shoot Robert Kennedy in cold blood."

13 Dead, 30 wounded, 43 victims. One Muslim shooter yelling allah akbar.

This bleeding heart is for stringing the shooter up right away before he has time to heal. Make this guy an example, not a martyr.

Because the left wing troops are perfectly happy with putting their lives in the hands of potential terrorists wearing US fatigues.

Wow, the spin is furious. Keep your hands and feet away or you’ll lose a digit.

Here’s the facts. President Bush protected this country from further attacks for eight years. Obama couldn’t do it for even one year.

Sometimes the Orwellian analogies may be over used; however, when I read articles such as this, it does remind me of Newspeak. Telling the truth is seen as prejudice and hatred. Lies are the new truth. Hasan is a Muslim. He believed that killing Muslims would send him to Hell (he read this from the Koran). He was active in the Muslim community when he was not in the strip clubs. He openly expressed time and time again his allegiance to Islam. He killed the soldiers crying out, “God is great!” in Arabic. These are facts. And yet we are told that we cannot believe or lying eyes. We are told that Islam had nothing to do with Hasan’s actions. Lies are the new truth.

You mean like the backlash from 9/11 when NO mosques were burned down, when NO Muslims were so much as assualted, let alone murdered, when NO Muslim schools were vandalized and when NO anti-Muslim laws were passed?

You mean that type of backlash?

The left SOOOOOO wants to paint this as some type of right-wing problem.

The left is more dangerous than the jihadis because the left loves jihadis, encourages them to kill innocent Christians and Jews, and forgives them after they kill innocent Christians and Jews.

Mass deportations.

What a joke. Aside form a handful of nuts on the FR the only people I know who automatically condemn people merely because they belong to a particular religion are liberals. And they hate all traditionally religious people.

If nobody from CNN has been attacked yet, the Muslim soldiers should be pretty safe. CNN (along with other media hacks) is responsible for more damage (through its lies and propaganda) to this country and its principles than Islam.

Islam’s getting up there, though.

Let’s first stop the importation of the thugs from Hamas that the boy president has instituted. We certainly don’t need anymore radical fundamentalists being given housing, food stamps and other goodies at our expense.

When the top late term abortionist was murdered in a church, was there any suspicion as to what may have motivated someone to act?

Our president is STILL saying “don’t rush to judgement” (as he did in the Gates/Cambridge police case).

I didn't write that same thing but as soon as the Feebs (Federal Bureau of Incompetence) jumped the shark (right after attack) and insured all this had NUTTING to do with terrorism, a big red flag went up and in my mind, I thought, oh, oh, this must have something to do with Moozies; its a dead giveaway!!!

The time has come to attack PC at it's premise...How about a question when you join the military....."Will you fight and kill anyone of the same race ,religion, or nationality as yourself if they are an enemy of the United States"? As a White, Roman Catholic of Italian descent I would gladly take such a pledge.

Hell, my Italian and German uncles already did it in WWII.

I would like to know if Muslims would do it....seems like a simple statement to clarify the siuation to me....but then I'm like most Freepers, rational and patriotic!
