According to F&F this morning, the FBI also passed this information along to Army Intel, which, in turn, blew it off...

When did an active-duty member of the Armed Forces attempting to contact the enemy become *not* treason??

When we're not in a declared war. It may well be some other crime, but legally it isn't treason.
