It’s a legalism. Until convicted by a court of law, the press has to refer to him as the “alleged” or “suspected” killer. . .

You bring up an interesting point: People think they have to say
alleged when the presumption of innocence only applies to the court proceedings.
People don't have to say alleged. The act of shooting the people is real, the question of guilt or innocence in a legal sense is what the trial determines. i.e. not guilty by reason of insanity, etc.

” Nidal Malik Hasan, the suspected Fort Hood gunman,”
Even Barry admitted Hasan was the murderer .
But, not a terrorist.
His Saturday address:
” This past Thursday, on a clear Texas afternoon,
an Army psychiatrist walked into the Soldier Readiness Processing Center, and began shooting his fellow soldiers. “
And then he did a Casey.
“ We cannot fully know what leads a man to do such a thing.”
He sounds like Ahmadinejad denying the Holocaust.

I am glad that some vestiges of America remain, and that 0bamamania hasnt’ yet swept away “considered innocent until proven guilty.”

“the suspected Fort Good gunman”, oh, you’re exactly right. Everytime I hear on the news that he’s the “suspected” or “alleged” gunman, it makes my blood boil!! The murdering islamic jihadist would be accurate.
