The Washington Post went ballistic about physical conditions at an old motel being used as a barracks for some Walter Reed Patients. Remember the peeling paint and mold in a bathroom that was used to smear the Army’s “care of our troops”?
For this fanatic to have professional access to wounded troops for six years there is magnitudes of times worse. It makes me crazy to think what he probably did to hundreds of fragile minds.

Check ABC radio this morning. they’re reporting that the CIA had been on to Hasan for several months but didn’t tell the Army.
I wrote to Senator Snowe following the USS Cole incident, another PC catastrophe. I had to make follow-up calls to elicit ant response at all, and when I got a response, she passed the buck to the Navy, basically saying she didn't have any problem with the decisions that facilitated the attack.
Based in part on that experience, I quit wasting my time communicating with Congress. The only Senator that I would unequivocally support is DeMint. I would reluctantly support Coburn and Sessions. The rest of them don't merit so much as a "how do you do" as far as I'm concerned.
