It is the policy of the US Gov’t — at least under Dubya — to help would-be martyrs achieve their goal as quickly as possible.

who says kill him, just give him the wrong dosage of something and stroke him out. Consider it a test run of Obamacare on anyone without enough importance to get REAL medical care.
