"NEW YORK — A New York City bicycle cabbie who mocked the murder of American journalist Daniel Pearl and posted a prayer on the Web calling for the murder of Jews is now sending a "Get Well Soon" message to the suspected Fort Hood gunman, the New York Post reported.

Yousef al-Khattab, 41, a radical Muslim in the borough of Queens who runs RevolutionMuslim.com, claims on the site that the soldiers massacred at the Texas base deserved to be massacred, and he insists the victims are in "eternal hellfire." As for the suspected gunman — Army psychiatrist Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan — Al-Khattab hails him as a hero."

You’d think Al-Khattab would keep a low profile. I wonder if he’s into it more for the grandstanding than for the jihading.

Consider this man to be akin to the 19th Century Anarchists. However the difference between now and then is that today people are so scared of saying the ‘wrong thing’ instead of taking action to protect America.

President Bush should have said: “Be viligant and volunteer to protect your communities” instead of “go shopping”.

That would have helped alot!

He is only safe if he hides in NYC or one of the other big rat holes. Any decent country boy would feed him to the critters in a heartbeat.

Yea, your right, but to the Goverment those were the “right” kind of people to kill and this slimeball is the “wrong” kind of people.

May he have an accident with an livestock truck and may escaped pig lick his face before he goes to meet Allah.

Can’t pass him off too lightly. Remember, they don’t think like we do or have the same values. (some of us)

Yousef should be leaving the country or guaranteeing his pardon from the President of the United States before making such a statement.

Because the majority of people who inhabit New York City are morons who hate themselves so much they ascribe to others all their faults. This guy fits in perfectly.

Obama sought the friendship of people like MAJ Hasan, as demonstrated by his known relationships with terrorists like Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn. He was also a known associate of Rashid Kalidi, who himself was a terrorist sympathizer:

"To avoid being mistaken for a sellout, I chose my friends carefully. The more politically active black students. The foreign students. The Chicanos. The Marxist professors and structural feminists." - Barack Obama

Further, Raila Odinga and MAJ Hasan are one in the same:

Both men committed murderous acts of terrorism toward non-Muslims, and guess who Raila Odinga's favorite cousin is?

Al-Khattab, a Jewish-born New Jersey native formerly named Joseph Cohen, converted to Islam in 2004.

This is an example of the point I was trying to make before (and got viciously flamed for), that mental illness is a separate and distinct factor in radical Islam. There are people who grew up being brainwashed into an extremist version of Islam, in a country where it was the dominant belief system, and they don't have to be stark raving lunatics to just go on believing what they've always been taught by the authority figures in their lives. On the other hand, it requires severe mental illness for a New Jersey born and raised American Jew named Joseph Cohen to reach age 36 and just up and decide to convert to Islam, choosing the most extreme and violent brand, change his name to Yousef Al-Khattab, and start up a website promoting and glorifying violence in the name of Islam.

I believe that Hasan, who grew up in Virginia in what certainly appears to have been a well-assimilated family of sane Muslim immigrants, experienced a descent into severe mental illness much as Joseph Cohen did. It doesn't worry me that we have Muslims in the military (and I'm not willing to toss the First Amendment on the trash heap to get them out), but it concerns me greatly that someone of *any* religious or political persuasion can wave as many huge red flags as Hasan did, and still be allowed to continue in military service as if nothing was wrong.

Yes, I think there should be a heightened level of scrutiny for Muslims, given the current central role of Muslim extremists in generating political and military instability around the globe, but Hasan's red flags were big enough and numerous enough that they should have triggered a strong response no matter what religious or political theme he was aligning himself with.

He was formerly a Satamar Chasid and the Satamars don't like Israel anyhow. They're not like the friendly and helpful Lubavatchir Chasids.

People who remember him Israel say he was a real creep even as a Jew.

I wonder if he’s still actually working as a bicycle cabbie in NYC. He’d better be sticking to some Muslim ghetto if he is. Otherwise he’s apt to have a bad “accident”.
