President Bush being the gentleman he is and following proper protocol probably waited and then decided to heck with it.

I can also guarantee you that he didn't need the results of any polls, focus groups, or the opinions of his staff to make this decision.

Amen to that. He was a true Leader especially when it came to the military and protecting our country.
