***President Bush is STILL the real Commander in Chief***

I think this event points this fact out very clearly. I’m sure our enemies are taking note.

"Surely he at least gave a shout out to his homies first?"

He did. The soldiers are his "homeys" and he did it in person, one on one, without cameras. :)

but then, you knew that, didn't you :)

President Bush, a class act.

Rhetorical question.

He can go to watch caskets as a stealth photo op, yet, he is unable to go to an army base in Texas, stealthily or publicly?

Hmmm.

Don’t forget that this area is sorta home to President Bush in that his ranch is about 50 miles or so as the crow flies northeast of Ft. Hood. He has spent time in the area and from a personal standpoint I think he feels this is home folks to him. That said President Bush has an understanding of the military and feels very close to them thus he will support them and their families at every chance, imo.

I'm sure the Bush family was shedding tears for the folks on that base.

With their usual class, they are there because of their beliefs in America and the men and women who defend us. Bush ands family ar3e truly people of greatness. How lucky we are!!

I'm afraid our enemies have been taking note since before the election as they prayed to Allah that Obama would win.

They see his every weakness and are just waiting for the right moment, now that President Bush is gone......

on a side note .. what a disgrace that Michael Jackson’s death gets more airtime than another major terrorist attack on American soil. Noone on tv is talking about this at all today. What a travesty!!

WR isn’t far from the White House.
Bambi needed a helicopter?
Is that typical for a (any) President?
