Why does President Obama’s closest advisors include radicals, anarchists and communists (e.g., Van Jones, forced to reseign)? Here’s my well reasoned analysis I sent out:

Per Rep Camp’s analysis of H.R. 3962 our fellow citizens will go to jail for exercising freedom of choice. Conscientious objectors of mandatory medical insurance would face criminal penalties:

• Section 7203 – misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year.
• Section 7201 – felony willful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years.”

At least the prescribed corrective public policy in the bill is not a moaist approach involving reeducation camps; however conscientious objectors certainly would become political prisoners as the penalties are designed to dissuade others who refused to sign up for government health care on moral grounds.
