They probably haven’t counted the dead people’s votes. They’ll only use them if they need them.
My sister and her family live in NJ. They will be ELATED!
No legal challenge by Corzine, Obama, the DNC, etc?
I fear this is a sign that they know that the GOP winner has now
taken on MISSION IMPOSSIBLE: New Jersey.
Trying to save a state with so many corrupt officials and treasury-
sucking cases that Corzine or some other Demo-operative will be back in
the residence of the NJ governor.
Maybe in less than one term.
As a NJ based Freeper, I am so happy to finally have experienced an election night where I go to bed in a good mood!!
Looking forward to 2010 - let’s finish what we started!!!
Ditto that!
Sometimes even the Associated Press gets it right...
Had a great chat with a relative I thought was liberal, and he turned out to instead be very apolitical instead. Which, when you are as strongly proConstitutional as I am, can look liberal to me. I found common ground with him when he said that the broadcasters should not project winners and losers on election night, but wait for official results to come in. He was coming from the perspective that the news isn't that big a deal - and in that he is exactly right. Our problem is the default assumption of all liberals and moderates - indeed I would say, most conservatives as well - that "the news" is (or at least could/should be) objective. When I talked about the monopolistic nature of the AP and he replied that by my own admission the AP no longer has a monopoly on rapid, long-distance communication, I was pleased that I was able to get agreement on the fact that founding era newspapers had been openly political, and that now the AP has homogenized newspapers by making the newspaper business about so-called "hard news." There is hope!

Thanks, cleveland!!
Goodbye to Corslime.
Na-na-na-na, na-na-na-na, hey hey, GOOD BYE SLIME!
I was thinking the same thing. Funny acorn watermark too...
Yes indeed. These election results were stunning to the Demrats. But it just means they will work harder to commit the usual vote fraud, dirty tricks, and thuggery in 2010.
But at least for a day - we have them on the run and THEY KNOW IT.
