I’m no lawyer, but it looks like the Judge has been had. He granted the motion to dismiss the suit against zer0. He stated that over 69 million people wanted the usurper and he wouldn’t overthrow him. In saying so, he is also saying that The Constitution is no longer in effect.

“This Court will not interfere in internal military affairs nor be used as a tool by military officers to avoid deployment. The Court has a word for such a refusal to follow the orders of the President of the United States, but it will leave the issue to the military to resolve.”

Guess that’s the Marine in Judge Carter speaking.

Really is amazing..."We The People" have no standing when it comes to this issue...

If we have no standing....than how is one to overturn a perceived injustice?

I know I am greatly simplifying the issue....but....it really doesn't sit well with me....doesn't anyone need to show proof as to certification?

A D.C. government official and a business executive were arrested yesterday on bribery

"Security Breach May Lead To Obama Natural Born Status
A series of 2008 security breaches at the US State Department may indicate that someone knows Barack Obama’s true status as a natural born citizen - and is waiting for the right time to reveal it. The breaches, which occurred on January 9, February 21 and March 14 of 2008, were done by two “low level” contractors and another in a mid-level position with no management role.
... An investigation of the incidents revealed that all three major presidential candidates - Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and John McCain - had their passport files compromised.
... News of the security breaches prompted a statement from then-Senator Joseph Biden, who had not yet been chosen as Obama’s running mate. Biden, who was chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, had oversight of the Foreign Service and the passport office.

Barack Obama’s passport files,” the statement from Biden read. “Firing or disciplining those responsible is an important first step. But we need to understand why these employees had access to this information in the first place, why they sought the information, and why it took over two months for this matter to come to light. ... On April 5, 2008, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Passport Services Ann Barrett resigned from her post after a credit card scheme using US passport date was uncovered by the security probe. State Department Spokesman Tom Casey told The Washington Times that 24-year-old Lieutenant Quarles Harris Jr. told federal authorities he obtained “passport information from a co-conspirator who works for the U.S. Department of State.”

From The Washington Times report:
The investigation began after Metropolitan Police on March 25 pulled over Mr. Harris in Southeast on suspicion that the windows of his vehicle were tinted too darkly.
After searching Mr. Harris and his vehicle, police found marijuana and 21 credit cards that were not issued in his name or the name of a female passenger with him. Police also found eight printouts of State Department passport applications, and four of the names on the applications matched four of the credit cards.
Upon questioning by agents from the U.S. Secret Service, U.S. Postal Service and State Department, Mr. Harris “admitted he obtained the passport information” from a State Department employee, court documents say.

Mr. Harris also said the fraud ring submitted credit-card applications using the names and “identifying information” of the persons listed on the passport applications, and that a postal service employee then would intercept the cards before they were delivered to the appropriate residences.
Then, on April 17, 2008, Lt. Harris was found fatally shot dead slumped over the steering wheel of his car in front of the Judah House Praise Baptist Church in Northeast DC."

On April 8, 2008, Obama confessed to having taken a trip to Pakistan in 1981. Here is what Obama said - Jake Tapper was there:

.... A key witness in a federal probe into passport information stolen from the State Department was fatally shot in front of a District church, the Metropolitan Police Department said yesterday. Lt. Quarles Harris Jr., 24, who had been cooperating with a federal investigators, was found late Thursday night slumped dead inside a car, in front of the Judah House Praise Baptist Church in Northeast, said Cmdr. Michael Anzallo, head of the department's Criminal Investigations Division.
Cmdr. Anzallo said a police officer was patrolling the neighborhood when gunshots were heard, then Lt. Harris was found dead inside the vehicle, which investigators would describe only as a blue car."

So what happens if Superbozo runs for a second term? Will we get to prevent him from taking office then since we seem to have no standing now? Or will he get to run purely and merely because he completed a first term, albeit fraudulently in the minds of many people?

I only read parts of the ruling.

This court considers Obama to be POTUS, solely because he was sworn in as POTUS. (I disagree with the judge, but the judge puts a LOT of emphasis on the swearing-in ceremony). Obama’s removal would then have to be by Congress. Because Obama is now POTUS (in this court’s opinion), Alan Keyes no longer can demonstrate injury, and thus does not have standing.

There are some very positive things here, things that will work in favor of discloure of the BC in an appeal.

First - the case was dismissed because this judge felt that he lacked jurisdiction to take action against another branch of the government. Implication is that a higher court might have jurisdiction.

Second - he discusses that, as a candidate, Alan Keyes, DID have standing, even though he was a minor candidate. The judge seemed particularily concerned that this suit wasn’t filed until after the swearing-in ceremony (Orly and Kreep are responsible for this delay). IMHO - This will make it very difficult for Obama to run in 2012 without disclosing his BC.

Sounds like Judge Carter was more of a political patsy than a Marine. Bet the Obama Admin found out everything that was in Carter’s closet...must be some underage boys somewhere

There is nothing more BS than “standing” or “not having standing” in a court of law. Anyone who voted in the last election would have standing in a case regarding Obama’s birth certificate.

As a former attorney-colleague told me regarding to “standing” in the courts: “Depends how much drinking the judge did the night before”

I am sure all those ENABLING OBAMA are a little more happy now....nothing like faux-cons who do everything to keep a non-qualified person in the White House. Anyone who smites or criticizes those who want to know the truth about Obama’s birth is ENABLING OBAMA

It’s all ok:

I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama’s eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has release a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer’s arguments.
