And the answer is: Obama's poll numbers are down. So the word goes out to the Attorney General to start closing out some of those U.S. terrorist plots that we've infiltrated over the years. So now we don't get those valuable intelligence inputs anymore. No more leads to other terrorist plots. But look on the bright side - we get to see Obama's ratings go up a tenth of a percent or so.

In Boston, they established an area called the “Combat Zone” to isolate localize prostitution, drugs, and other criminal activities.

Detroit seems to have doneb something similar. They call that area “Detroit”.
