Actually, no, the amount of money spent in the AIDS campaign is not shocking at all. It’s become a CAUSE, a GOOD WORKS movement and only incidently about disease.

So who can complain about mere money when GOOD WORKS are being accomplished. Just think about how many additional LIVES COULD BE SAVED if even more funds were available.

I had to use a few large letters as there is some static in background, nothing important, just noise that I’ll ignore.

Precisely- to oppose the amounts spent while other serious diseases go unfunded- diseases which people get through no fault of their own btw, is to be seen as ‘opposing good works’ and htose who do, are labelled as ‘uncaring’, or homophobes- and don’t ever dare bring up the fact that these folks put others at risk every day- people who certainly don’t deserve top have their lives ruined because people can’t control themselves- Per usual, the cause celebrity activism goes toward funding lifestyle diseases while villifying good people suffering diseases which they have no control over
