My read of the article was that she was pulled over for an illegal u-turn, and the officer NOTED on the ticket that she spoke no english.
Are these nasty notations on tickets for other things, or...is there some actual infraction?
I’d like to give some help/customer service workers
tickets for not speaking english well enough to understand
or be any help.
