LOS ANGELES — A homeless man was arrested and charged with arson for starting a tiny blaze in August near the spot where a gigantic wildfire erupted several days later, killing two firefighters, homicide detectives said Monday.

Babatunsin Olukunle, 25, is the strongest lead to date in the arson investigation stemming from a fire that destroyed 89 homes, burned 250 square miles of national forest and killed two firefighters when their truck plunged off a road. It was one of the largest fires in Southern California history.

He’s not only “homeless”, he’s in this country illegally. He was a college student for a while, then dropped out, and stayed in this country.

Arsonists should be executed. By the same method they used to kill others.

Second foreigner in 10 days to both be charged with a felony and to have recently attended UC.

I personally know several bright and worthy American kids and California residents who would love the chance to attend UC.

Arsonists should be executed. By the same method they used to kill others.

That makes perfect sense. Not cruel or unusual. Perfectly appropriate for the crime committed.

And that's exactly why criminals like this will get a psychiatric evaluation and subsequent release to offend again. "Doctors" of psychiatry have made everything from pedophilia to arson to serial killing and raping a "treatable" disease.

It's a perfect and perfectly legal scam to line the pockets of PsychoTheRapists..

We are on the same wavelength. The death penalty is so underused. Needs to be brought back into fashion.

And stop the endless appeals that allow murderers to outlive their victim’s relatives.

AFAIAC, if they’re proven guilty, they should be taken out back and shot or hanged.

Rope is cheap and innocent lives are priceless. Easy balance sheet to read.

Unless you’re a libtard.

I do think ropes are good because they are environmentally friendly - can even be made from good stout hemp, as they used to be - and are re-usable.

Dopes on ropes. Has a nice ring to it, doncha think? And if the hemp overheats a little it could have an added benefit for those downwind.

Signing off for the night.

The cost of illegal immigration (and illegal immigration by VISA) isn’t ever calculated in these fires.

88,000 acres burned int he La Brea fire last summer...set by Mexican drug cartels.

A firefighter in Oregon died about the same time, trying to clear a pot farm, grown by illegal aliens.

The war is here and it’s being ignored.
