I know the Village Voice is posting this article to make fun of the Limbaugh/NFL issue - but it realy pisses me off:
we all have our choices to make.....I have made mine.
I hope Favre does well this season, and I hope he goes to the SuperBowl and wins!......but I won't be watching to find out. I guess I will hear the results on the radio.
Maybe I will watch the Movie: "Heidi" on SuperBowl Sunday instead. [ click link to see history of the "Heidi Bowl" ]

If I watched football or subscribed to DTV, cable or satellite, I’d join this boycott!

I have already decided to not watch any NFL football the remainder of the season and the playoffs.

No one needs to urge me. I won’t be buying the usual NFL gear for holiday gifts and my football jerseys are back in the closet to stay.
NFL can go to hell.

Sorry, but I’m an addict and must have my football “fix” several times a week!
I will write letters & e-mails, though.

Text of my e-mail to NFL commissioner follows:
“Screw you and the NFL! I’m outta here!
Good Day!”

No NFL this season? Fine by me. I can’t afford to see my team at Jerry’s extravagant new stadium anyway. And Romo isn’t the star everyone thinks he is.
I’ll support Rush.

When the Knicks took on Latrell Sprewell, I flat-out stopped watching the NBA, and haven't so much as glanced at the standings in years.
I couldn't fathom what the NFL brass was thinking when they let Vick back into the league. Now, given what's happened to Rush, we know they're just another bunch of short-sighted, lily-livered weasels.

I would love to have a bumper sticker with
NFL and the red line through it.

I hope millions join in the boycott, oh wait calling it a BOY-cott is racist. We’ll have to name it something else, like maybe NFL-sucks

This is one boycott that promises 100% failure. I'm related to a football fan, nope, ain't gonna work.

Heidi-LOL!
I was watching that game, and was like WTF? Scrambled around for a radio, only to turn it on and hear the bizarre turn of events where the Raiders scored two TDs within seconds of each other- disbelief...
Jet fans got a big measure of revenge several weeks later when they beat the Raiders in the AFL Championship and went on to defeat the Colts in the SB.
College football rocks. It is purer, less BS, most of the players will never get NFL contracts- they play for the love of the game.
The NFL= the No Fun League.

"I have cancelled my DirecTV NFL Sunday Ticket package (including the Supercast)," declares "Teflon" of Moltenthought.com.Article is sarcasm. You simply ca not cancel DirecTV's NFL ticket. It's impossible. Trust me on this.

I cant afford to see my team at Jerrys extravagant new stadium anyway.Hell, I can't afford the parking!
I took my son to a Rangers game last month. Good seats (front row, third deck), parking and concessions...total spent $50.
Standing room only at JerryWorld: $30.

I’ll stick to college football, which is better anyway ! Ironically, Rush has shed some light on the fraud organization known as the NFL !
