Word to the wise: You cannot take someone’s life for messing with one’s toys.
YOU CAN, however, if in fear of loss of your life or limb, defend yourself using up to and including deadly force.
Depends what state you’re in. Some states recognize that people have a right to protect their property, as well as “life and limb”.
I'm quite sure that you can kill in defense of your toys if you are in Texas. Should be in all 57 states, but at least there is one sane state.
And that's when we lost this country...used to be a time you could shoot someone who was trying to take your property.
