Yup. Rocky Mountain oysters. Ordered plate of them at a restaurant once. I was the only one that ate them. Lol.

Nothing goes to waste, including the oink. Or in this case, the moo.

Cherried Ox Tail stew is pretty good, too.

Yes, I know they band them now, not cut them off. The little guys don’t like that either.

I haven't either...they dock sheep for sanitary reasons...poo can plaster a sheeps tail to its butt and some flies love it...lay eggs and the sheep end up with maggots on their arse.....makes shearing nasty also...What idiot wrote the cow bill....the tail (as in ox tail) makes a good soup.......When we had our cow butchered, they wanted to know if we wanted the tail also...was giving some parts to a friend like tail and tongue...I don't know how to fix either one to make it editable, but have been told that tongue is excellent if fixed right....

Althought my father liked chickens feet prepared properly..but he was born at the turn of the last century and has since passed..he never did tell me how to fix chicken feet.....yuk, some like pickled pigs feet also...then there is Polish ducks blood soup....

First you get a live duck, (thats as far as I wanted to know)

Busted out laughing at your reply...We banded our male goats and they walked funny for about 24 hours and were fine. One day I would find this black leather thing on the floor of the barn....it was one of our goats thingy....they didn’t seem to be emotionally attached to losing them...

I have also heard that is the reason for it....even at the fair, a sow with babies uses special crates...at least they use to when I was a girl....a loooooong time ago :O(

Sow crates ...

So the sow doesn’t roll over on the pigs and mash them.

Or eat a few. Maybe sows don’t do that so much any more. That kind of temper might have been selected against for a long time.

Schwarzenegger also approved a state blueberry commission
This is bizarre. Maine provides 99% of the country's blueberries. Why does California need a blueberry commission?
