Colossal failures in the F-35 I can understand, but what do you mean when it comes to the F-22? Apart from cost, the plane has been a success when it comes to doing what it was supposed to do (and as for costs, per unit cost is as is due to the much lower production run from more than 700 to less than 200). What do you mean?
