I’d say for most it is time to start looking for somewhere else to live like the low income projects.

There's a long waiting list to get into low-income housing. Many or most of the people who have been on unemployment long enough to watch their benefits expire--26 weeks to a year--have long since given up nice accommodations and have cut every expense to the bone.

Have some sympathy. This could be you.

I do have sympathy and is why I’m offering suggestions. To just sit and wait for the landlord to move you out or be thrown out by the mortgage company is asking to lose everything that you own! I’ve seen that happen before and it isn’t pretty. I’ve been homeless before so I know how to survive. I think there are many who are about to find out and have no idea what they are about to face. Time to face reality and yes I know it could be me. Luckily because of my experince I own my home and I think it would take atleast a year of back taxes before the county threw me out.
