This is an AP story so I will chop up an excerpted quote.

Note that the organizers of this so-called grass-roots phenomenon are handing out copies of Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals.

Fired up? ... Obama's grass-roots supporters ... drowned out.... communities ... Obama organizers ... "silent majority," ... a government run plan to compete with private insurers.... opponents of ... health care revamp ... controlled the image war ... rowdy town halls ... Obama supporters ... mobilizing.... erroneous "death panel" accusations.... Organizer Geoff Berman.... Howard Dean.... tea party protests largely organized by FreedomWorks....

Spokesman Adam Brandon said all staffers are given a copy of "Rules for Radicals," the famed community organizing manual penned by the late activist and author Saul Alinsky. Brandon said most of the group's agenda is dictated by the grass roots. ....

Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals works for the Right as well as the Left. He didn’t title his book “Rules for Leftwing Radicals.”..............

In the fifties, American communists had a tactic called democratic centralism. It’s where you gin up support for an idea by first creating the false impression that the idea already has popular support. The concept is reincarnated in the use of so-called ‘push’ polls. It’s all illusory and the only support that results is those who generally go with the flow without much reflection, the way the MSM tells us we should all be now that the left is in charge.

As Charlie Cook told Chrissy Matthews, this poll is a out layer.

It doesn't reflect any other Poll.

I noticed the real start of this yesterday on Yahoo and over the weekend...it was so out of place with everything on the front page...it looked so creepy seeing major news organizations do this.

I saw this despicable LIE posted in AP. The silent majority is those who showed UP at town halls this summer and the tea partiers who protested the mishandling of our economy. Not the union thugs who are paid to show up with PREMADE signs, like they are showing in the picture. LIE after LIE after LIE - thats all we get from the AP>
