Crimes against the citizenry, rape robbery, murder........marginal sentences.

Crimes against the IRS / gov't, hard time!

Tax court is not regular court, you have no rights, I know my brother& sister in law are doing this right now.

According to my in - laws, they have no constitutional rights in tax court.

Blew me away too but the burden of proof is on the accused.

This has been going on for over a year now, I think they will wait until around mid feb to early march to make a decision......great scare publicity for tax time.
