Yes. I know colon, but try to avoid it. There is no base/facility planned atlantic side. The remnants of fort amador (some housing and landfill and a bunch of new stuff) I also don’t go to much. I was dismayed when they finally took down the hq building on amador, was a very pretty building. So much could have been done commercially with barracks row rather than buildoze and leave empty/parking lot. Some of the project planners in ballardes (or moscoso, not sure who demolished barrack row/amador) admin had no vision at all.
Places I do not know are the two pacific locations chosen.
